This is the continuation part of the first trimester of pregnancy part1 if you haven’t read that i request you to please read that part before reading this.Understanding the 1st trimester of pregnancy week by week will help you in prior to evaluate the do’s and don’t s. Becoming mother is not an easy thing. Giving birth to a live infant is absolutely gift from God. In few countries the pregnant women is treated as the goddess. week7 in 1st trimester of pregnancy:

changes in the mother’s body:

Morning sickness will make you exhausted. Intake of food for five to six times a day, but its very hard to swallow food at this moment, due to nausea. Its better to follow some tips to avoid nausea like tasting a piece of raw unripe mango, some pickled lemon or lemon juice, hard candy of your favorite flavor may bring you out of nausea.Take a look at the foods that should be taken during pregnancy and foods to avoid during pregnancy.Have a track of your weight at every week or at least month during pregnancy. when you observe a weight loss and extreme nausea or anything else which is troubling you a lot, then please contact your health care advisor.

changes in the baby:

your growing is now in the size of a ” BLUE BERRY”. His or her brain is growing very rapidly, 80-100 cells per minute. The outer skull layer is under process. The face of the baby is getting clear with a little mouth to open, ears, nostrils and tongue. The eyes are almost formed but the eye is complete white in color the black color on the eye ball called irises is yet to form. The umbilical cord is visible now.

week8 in 1st trimester of pregnancy:

The intake of folic acid, iron and prenatal vitamins should be added in your medication, in order to avoid any type of deficiency . As a mother its your responsibility to assure proper growth and essential nutrition for the baby. The intake of iron pills may cause nausea. So, talk to your doctor to prescribe you a medicine for nausea.

changes in the baby:

In this week your baby’s hands and legs are sprouts a bit with tiny tiny fingers. The eyelids, nose, ears and lips are forming. The little Lilliput is looking a little like human. The heart is completely forms with four chambers and started to beat for 140-150 times per minute. His / her weight is about 0.50 grams approx.Now your little one is now in the size of a “RASPBERRY”.

week9 in 1st trimester of pregnancy:

changes in the mother’s body:

you will observe tenderness in the breast and breast enlargement. The areloa (the place around the nipples) is more dark now. Don’t panic this changes are up to the baby born and once you start to feed them everything will come back to normal.

The baby started to look like more human now. The baby is grown from embryo to fetus. The toes and fingers are getting complete day by day to kick you often. The ears are forming into shape, the tooth buds and eyelids are not transparent now. The development of the brain is very rapid now The function of the kidneys is started to produce urine.

week11 in first trimester of pregnancy:

Headaches during this stage is common, its due to an extreme blood flow in your body. Don’t use any unprescribed pain killers for headaches. Avoid taking the food from the freezer directly especially during winter may leads to migraine problems. The flow of urination is high, hydrate your body with sufficient water.

changes in the baby:

The issue of causing miscarriage is by the end now. Feel delighted that your baby is healthy. The placement of the ears is proper now. The formation of testes and ovaries are complete now, but its not sure about the gender. The finger nails started to grow. The growing baby is now in the size of a “LEMON”.

week12 in first trimester of pregnancy:

Few mother’s have a problem of bleeding in gums and other dental problems. Its advised to contact your doctor, because the poor dental care may result in low birth weight in babies. Tumors like non-cancerous are harmless, these are common while pregnant.

changes in the baby:

The mouth of the little one is ready to swallow food, he/she starts to swallow amniotic fluid in which they are in. The eyes, ears and nose of the baby is into its position now. The baby is looking more human now. Every mother will come across a doubt that how could the baby can take breath in the amniotic fluid.The answer is that the fetus gets the oxygen from the blood pumped in to the baby’s body through placenta.surprisingly they won’t use their lugs to breath. Wants to know your baby size now!! here it is size of a “PLUM”.
